1. Overview

AcroYoga Videos is a searchable library of over 11,000 AcroYoga videos from YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Videos are tagged with level, category, and channel so you can find exactly what you need — from beginner washing machines to advanced H2H sequences.

No account required. The library loads instantly using server-side filtering — only matching videos are sent to your browser.

Free & open to everyone. Search, watch, and rate without signing in.

The search box searches both titles and descriptions — including keywords like "h2h", "hand to hand", "pops", and other terms added for discoverability.

3. Filters

Four dropdowns let you narrow the library. Combine any of them — all filters work together.

4. A–Z Navigation & View Modes

Click any letter to jump to videos starting with that letter. # shows number-titled videos. All returns to the full library.

  • Small — 200px cards, fits more on screen
  • Large — 300px cards, default, easier to see detail
  • Text — compact 2-column list, fastest for scanning; hover a title to see full details in a popup
Your preferred view is remembered — switch to Large and it stays Large next visit.

5. Sorting & Discovery

Sorts the library by community rating, highest first. Click again to return to alphabetical order.

📅 Most Recent

Shows newest additions first. Videos added recently also show an "Added Jun X" label on their card.

🎰 I'm Feeling Lucky

Randomly picks a top-rated (4★+) Washing Machine video and plays it instantly. Perfect when you're out of ideas at a jam. Hit it again for something different.

7. Watching Videos

Click any thumbnail to open the video in a large full-width lightbox player — no tab switching. The video starts muted.

Click a thumbnail — the screen dims and the player opens.

Unmute using the YouTube volume control in the player.

Close with the red ✕ button, press Escape, click outside, or use the browser back button.
Videos with a timestamp in their URL automatically start at the right moment.

8. Rating Videos

Rate any video 1–5 stars. No account needed — your rating is remembered by your browser and you can only rate each video once.

Watch a video and have an opinion.

Click the stars on the card, in the lightbox player, or on the individual video page.

Your rating is submitted instantly. The average updates in real time.

9. Sharing Videos

Every video has a share button (the three-circle icon next to the title). Click it to copy the video's permanent page URL. On mobile, it opens your device's native share sheet.

The shared link goes to the video's page on AcroYoga Videos — not YouTube — so the recipient sees the full context, description, and rating.

10. Individual Video Pages

Every video has its own permanent page. Click a thumbnail to play the video inline. Each page includes the title, level, category, channel, description, star rating, and the full searchable library below so you can keep browsing.

These pages are indexed by Google — individual videos may appear directly in search results.

11. Submitting a Video

See a great video that's not in the library? Click Submit in the navigation. You'll need a registered account — contact us to request access.

Paste the YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook URL — a thumbnail preview appears automatically.

Fill in the title, level, and category. Add a note about why it's a good fit (admins only see this).

Click Submit for Review. Once approved, it goes live immediately.

12. Editing Videos (Registered Users)

Logged-in users see Edit and Delete buttons on every card.

  • Edit — update title, description, URL, level, category, channel, and date added. Changes go live instantly.
  • Delete — permanently removes the video. Cannot be undone.

You can also change a video's level directly from the lightbox player using the level buttons below the title.
